Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

Sale Priced Items:   

We sell only new merchandise that is special ordered from the manufacturer, unless specified otherwise.  We Guarantee that all of the equipment we sell operates properly and to be free of defects. Shipping and handling charges apply to all sale items and will be sent UPS Ground, unless specified otherwise.   

No Refunds and No Exchanges.  Any defective items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of item for replacement if returned in original packaging.  See details below.  Payment terms: Advance Payment, C.O.D., Credit Card, Cashier's Check.

 

How to Return Items:

Include with equipment all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees and delays. We will contact you for additional information if needed.

Indicate the reason for the return or exchange. We recommend items be returned via UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery. We also recommend re-using the original shipping carton and packing materials. Equipment must be returned pre-paid freight.

Customer is responsible for all freight charges. However, you will be credited all reasonable and customary freight charges (relevant to that item) if product is damaged or defective, or we mistakenly shipped the wrong item.  Please include the postal receipt in your return package.

We will do our best to process the return or exchange quickly. Please allow 14-21 days. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only.
